I was on the 3rd floor with fantastic beach and sea views looking over to the island of Los Lobos. The rooms were huge and typical Canarian style, which I love. They were spacious with excellent furnishings, containing all the usual items you expect at this level. The service was second to none, very friendly, professional, and well-trained. The location was perfect for a quiet and totally relaxing stay, with wonderful staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was the best I have had from any hotel, exceptionally good with a varied choice to meet anyone's expectations.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with pleasant and accommodating staff. The food is very good, with options for special diets. The rooms are a bit dim but still cozy. The location is ideal for a peaceful getaway and relaxation.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were bathed in the late afternoon and evening sun, which was a delightful experience. While the air conditioning had some faults and minor issues, the spaciousness and impeccable cleanliness of the room made up for it. The dining options were beyond compare, offering a different culinary experience every day, and the staff were quick to attend to any requests. The location, nestled away from the bustling crowds but still conveniently close to town and the beach, provided the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.
